امتنعت عائلة القتيل أحمد إسماعيل (22 عاماً) تسلم جثمانه من مشرحة مجمع السلمانية الطبي، على رغم مرور 3 أيام على إعلان وفاته، وقالت نادية إسماعيل (شقيقة أحمد): «إن العائلة لن تتسلم جثمان شقيقي إلا إذا تم توثيق الإصابة بطلق الرصاص في شهادة الوفاة».

وأشارت إلى أن العائلة لن تقبل بأن تتضمن شهادة الوفاة أن سبب الوفاة يعود إلى جرح غائر، وطالبت بأن تتطابق شهادة الوفاة مع ما انتهى إليه تقرير الطبيب الشرعي، الذي أكد مقتله بطلق ناري.

ولم تصدر الجهات الرسمية يوم أمس (الإثنين) أية توضيحات بخصوص الجدل الحاصل بشأن شهادة وفاة أحمد إسماعيل، في ظل التضارب بين شهادة الوفاة وتقرير الطبيب الشرعي.

رفضت عائلة القتيل أحمد إسماعيل (22 عاماً) تسلم جثمانه من مشرحة مجمع السلمانية الطبي، على رغم مرور 3 أيام على إعلان وفاته، وقالت نادية إسماعيل (شقيقة أحمد): «إن العائلة لن تتسلم جثمان شقيقي إلا إذا تم توثيق الإصابة بطلق الرصاص في شهادة الوفاة».

ولم تصدر الجهات الرسمية أمس (الإثنين) أية توضيحات بخصوص الجدل الحاصل بشأن شهادة وفاة أحمد إسماعيل، في ظل التضارب بين شهادة الوفاة وتقرير الطبيب الشرعي.

وكانت النيابة العامة قد أشارت إلى أن تقرير الطبيب الشرعي المنتدب خلص فيه إلى أن الوفاة حدثت بسبب إصابة نارية حيوية حديثة بمنطقة الحوض من عيار ناري مفرد، وقد أدت تلك الإصابة النارية إلى حدوث تهتك بالأوعية الدموية الرئيسية بمنطقة الحوض ونزيف جسيم انتهت بتوقف القلب والتنفس ومن ثم حدوث الوفاة، كما ورد أيضاً في تقرير المختبر الجنائي وجود آثار بملابس المجني عليه تدل على حصول إطلاق.

وكان رئيس الأمن العام اللواء طارق الحسن أعلن أن غرفة العمليات الرئيسية بوزارة الداخلية تلقت بلاغاً الساعة 2:30 صباح السبت (31 مارس / آذار 2012) بإحضار شخص مصاب إلى المستشفى الدولي يدعى أحمد إسماعيل (22 عاماً) بواسطة أربعة أشخاص إثر تعرضه لإصابة بليغة في الفخذ الأيمن، وقد تم نقله إلى مجمع السلمانية الطبي عند الساعة 4:36 صباحاً، حيث تم إخطار النيابة العامة التي باشرت التحقيق في الواقعة وقد فارق الحياة في تمام الساعة 5:55 صباح (السبت).

وأشار إلى أن «سبب الوفاة بحسب تقرير الطبيب الشرعي ناتج عن تعرض المصاب لنزيف شديد من جراء طلق ناري مفرد اخترق الأنسجة الجلدية ما أدى إلى قطع شريان الفخذ الرئيسي ثم نفذ من الجهة الأخرى».

ومنذ يوم السبت الماضي، عمد محتجون للتجمع أمام منزل القتيل أحمد إسماعيل في سلماباد، مطالبين بالقصاص من الجناة، وتشهد المنطقة بشكل ليلي مناوشات أمنية بين محتجين وقوات الأمن، التي تعمد لإطلاق القنابل الصوتية والغاز المسيل للدموع لتفريقهم.

An EA correspondent, based on interviews with eyewitnesses, describes the events around the death of Ahmed Ismail Hassan:
On Friday night, at 11:30 p.m. (2030 GMT) a peaceful protest started in the village of Salmabad, behind the graveyard, near the roundabout on the road. In less than 30 minutes, three riot police SUVs dispersed the protests, knocking down the roadblocks that been placed by demonstraors the road and trying to run over the youths. One of the protesters fell down and the riot police gathered around him; he was beaten, arrested, and taken away.
After the police departed, the protesters regrouped and started marchto the main road. About midnight, a civilian Toyota Land Cruiser appeared and a man inside fired five or six rounds, forcing the protesters to retreat inside the village beside the graveyard. When the dark grey Land Cruiser saw them, it tried to break into the village, hitting the barriers. Five or six more shots were fired, with the bullets hitting a building and a street light.
The Land Cruiser left the village and parked on the roundabout near AMA University, as the protesters went out again to the main road in front of the graveyard. Ahmed Ismail was standing in a yard near the main road. The Land Cruiser was pointing red laser beams at the youths.
About 12:30 a.m., the protesters decided to return to the village. As they departed, a man inside the Land Cruiser fired again. Ahmed Ismail Hassan was shot in the lower abdomen [Note: the wound was later established to be in the upper right thigh].
When Ahmed was shot, he shouted and tried to run for about 20 feet until he fell. One of the protesters tried to help him walk from the scene until Ahmed fainted. Other youths gathered and carried him inside the village, taking him to a house where he had first aid before taking him to the hospital.
Eyewitnesses could not identify the type of gun that was used,  but some said that during the first and second waves of shootings, as the Land Cruiser's window were 1/3-down, a man pointed what looked to be a pistol. On the third occasion,, when Ahmed was hit, some eyewitnesses said that what appeared to be a rifle with a laser pointer appeared from the Land Cruiser.

استشهد الشاب أحمد اسماعيل حسن (22 عاماً) من منطقة سلماباد فجر اليوم السبت 31 مارس 2012 بعد إصابته برصاص حي على يد ميليشيات تابعة للسلطة في البحرين أثناء مسيرة سلمية في المنطقة للمطالبة بالتحول نحو الديمقراطية وإنهاء الدكتاتورية.

 ونقل الشهيد أحمد إسماعيل إلى المستشفى الدولي لإنقاذه ثم إلى مستشفى السلمانية العام، ولكن الرصاصة مزقت أحشاء بطنه وتسببت بنزيف حاد جداً فارق على إثره الحياة.

وتشير التفاصيل وفقاً لما نقله الأهالي وشهود عيان إلى أن الشهيد أحمد كان قريباً من الشارع العام وبيده كاميرا للتوثيق، فيما تتواجد دوريات شرطة مدنية معهم مليشيات مسلحة بينهم (سيارتين تويوتا لاندكروزر ونيسان تيدا) قريباً من الشارع العام لمنطقة سلماباً من الجهة الثانية (قرب جامعة AMA) وكانت بعض تلك السيارات تطلق الغازات الخانقة والمسيلة للدموع والرصاص المطاطي باتجاه المتظاهرين، فيما أطلق أحد المتواجدين بالسيارات رصاص حي على المتظاهرين وفي الهواء وكان يصوب عن طريق موجه ضوئي "ليزر" ووجهه على الشهيد وأصابه قرب خاصرته، فقام الشهيد بالركض بإتجاه داخل قرية سلماباد ثم سقط.

ووفقا للاهالي فإن السيارات بقت تجوب المنطقة إلى ساعة من الزمن بالرغم من ذلك.

وتستمر السلطة في سياسة الحل الأمني وقمع التظاهرات والمسيرات في مختلف المناطق والقرى وتواجه المتظاهرين بالقوة المفرطة بشكل وحشي  مما يفضي لاصابة واستشهاد العديد من المواطنين. وبالرغم من مرور عام على انطلاق الثورة في البحرين لازالت السلطة تواصل في عمليات القتل المتعمد في ظل موقف دولي متخاذل.

ويأتي ذلك عقب يومين من القمة العربية في بغداد التي استثنت القضية البحرينية من جدول أعمالها.

Protester Dies due to a Gunshot Wound

Mr. Ahmed Ismaeel -23 years old – died today morning (March 31, 2012) in Salmaniya Hospital.
As witnesses told Bahrain Youth Society for Human Rights (BYSHR) that Mr.Ahmed Was participating in a peaceful protest in the village of Salmabad on March 30, 2012.He was filming violations of security forces in the village. At approximately 1:30 am Ahmed was shot by a civilian vehicle.

As witnesses told BYSHR that the civilian vehicle belonging to a security officer at the Interior Ministry has fired live bullets on the village and fired live bullets on the person holding the camera.
