1- اعتقل عبدالله من نقطة تفتيش منطقة البرهامة يوم الاحد الموافق ٢٧ من مارس ٢٠١١ في الساعةِ السابعة والنصف مساءً
2- كان عبدالله متوجها لتصليح نظارته الطبية وبسبب عدم علمه بوجودنقطة التفتيش انشغل بهاتفه النقال حصل له حادث مروري
3-يعاني عبدالله من ضعف النظر وعدم القدرة على الرؤية بوضوح في الفترة المسائية وصادف
4-تفاجئ عبدالله بنقطة التفتيش مما ادى لاصطدامه بالجدار الاسمنتي وما ان اصطدم به حتى انزله الشرطة قسراً من السيارة
5- ٤ من رجال الامن قساة القلوب تعاونوا على ضربه بكل مالديهم من قوة وهم انفسهم شهود الاثبات عليه في القضية
6-في ليلة طويلة تم اقتياده لكلٍ من مركز شرطة النعيم ثم القضيبية وايضا المستشفى العسكري والقلعة بسبب التعذيب
7-تم تعذيب عبدالله لايام وايام بشتى الطرق اصبح بعدها غير قادر على القيام بأبسط الامور كالاكل والشرب
8- بسبب عدم تمكنه من المشي لوحده كانوا يرافقونه حتى وقت قضاء الحاجة لداخل الحمام ويضرب بالهوز على رأسه كي يُسرع
9-كان عبدالله يتعرض للاهانةبكافة الوسائل المخزية البعيدةعن الاخلاق واضطرلأن يعترف تحت التعذيب على مالم يقم بفعله
10-كان عبدالله يُضرب بالاحذية على رأسه مما ادى لتساقط كميات كبيرة من شعر رأسه بسبب شدة الضرب
11-كانت جرعات الضرب والتعذيب تزداد وتتضاعف قبل وبعد عرضه للمحاكمة العسكرية وكان ملاحظاً ان الجميع يتم تعذيبهم بهذه الطريقة
12-منتصف الليل كابوسٌ آخر يتم ادخال الكلاب عليهم في الزنزانة لبث الرعب في نفوسهم ايضاًبالدريل والمنشار الكهربي
13-كان الشرطة يقولون اليه حكم عليك بالاعدام خلاص كان يتعرض لتعذيب نفسي ويتم غلق المكيفات عليهم في شدةحر فصل الصيف
14-تم عرضه على الطبيب الشرعي واثبت انه قد تعرض للتعذيب واطلع قاضي المحكمةالعسكريةعلى التقرير ومع ذلك حكم ل ٧سنين
15-تم وضع عبدالله ورفاقه في زنزانة قذرة مليئة بالحشرات والبعوض ويقدم لهم طعاما يسبب عسر الهضم لأيام
16-كان يتم اعطاء عبدالله حبوباً مخدرة لتخفيف الاوجاع وتصيب بالهلوسه اسمه دربوكان
17-تم ضربه والتحقيق معه مجردمن ملابسه بالكامل 3مرات -9 ابريل 2011 بسجن الحوض الجاف ٢-١٦ و ١٨ ابريل في سجن القرين
18- صدر الحكم بتاريخ 5 مايو 2011 بالسجن 7 سنوات بالمحكمة العسكرية بالرغم ان المحامي تحقق من جميع صور الحادث
19-وقدم المرافعات للمحكمة ما يثبت برائته وانه حادث مروري ولا يستوجب حبسه وفي الأستئناف صدر نفس الحكم
20-طرق التعذيب منها الربيانة و التعليق وغيرها، السب والشتم على الهوية، الإتهام في الشرف والعفة، النعت بالخيانه
21-الانتهاكات هي: محاكمة المدنيين في محاكم عسكرية، ترك المحتجز بمعزل عن العالم الخارجي الامضاء على الاعترافات معصوباً

1. Abduallah was arrested in alberhama check point on 27/32011 at 7:30 (via @FreeAbdula ) #bahrain #detaineeday
2. Abdulla was going to take his glasses to be repaired,can't see clearly at night so he didn't recognize the point (via @FreeAbdula)#bahrain
3. Abdualla didn't notice the check point, from far distance, when he it he got confused & crush into the wall (via@FreeAbdula ) #bahrain
4. Abdualla then was.dragged from the car by the police, where they severly beated him in turns (via @FreeAbdula ) #bahrain#detaineeday
5. The police officers who abused Abduallah physically are the witnesses in his case (via @FreeAbdula ) #bahrain #detaineeday
6. It was a long night 4 Abdualla, where he was taken Neam police station,then to AlQudhabia,then military hospital & Alqalea (via@FreeAbdula)
7. Every time abduallah was severely being subjected to physical torture by the police #bahrain @FreeAbdula#detaineeday
8. After 7 days of continues torture Abduallah was not able to perform the regular activity including eating ( via @FreeAbdula ) #bahrain

14. police were telling him that you were sentenced to death,he was under psychological torture∾'s were put off in HOT summer@FreeAbdulla

19. He was beaten&investigated;naked 3 times, 9-April in Dry dock prison..16&18;-april in "grain" prison @FreeAbdulla#FreeAbdullaHabib
20. sentenced on 5th of may 2011, "7 years" in military court despite that the lawyer checked all the accident's pictures! @FreeAbdulla
