While torturer yousif bkheet is free, Hassan has been sentenced to 6 months in prison

angry arabiya
Hassan Oun stood in court, and told the judge details of the torture he had been subjected to

angry arabiya
I wonder what kind of human beings these judges r, to hear such horrific details of torture, & then sentence the victim to prison

angry arabiya
Hassan will be transferred to Jaw prison, where yesterday prisoners were beaten and shot at with tear gas for goin on hungerstrike

@ angry arabiya
Jaw prison is also where my father and other activists and leaders who are on hungerstrike are held

@ angry arabiya
the 14 leaders and activists got a visit yesterday from the same judge who sentenced them

angry arabiya
The same judge who sentenced my dad, a human rights activist, to life in prison, now threatens him and others

angry arabiya
The judge told the 14 leaders & activists they must either stop their strike immediately or they will be punished

angry arabiya
The judge threatened that they will not be allowed to call their families, and they will be held in solitary confinement

angry arabiya
The answer he got is that they will continue their one week strike, but if they get punished they'll make it an open strike

Urgent: news from Dry Dock prison now, prisoners given a choice to either record an apology to the king, or get beaten!

angry arabiya
Being told that some prisoners who refused to record an apology have been beaten so badly they've been transferred to the hospital

angry arabiya
After the Dry Dock prisoners joined the strike they were surprised that prisoners representing diff. villages were taken away

angry arabiya
Those prisoners were told they will be released if the said infront of cameras that they plead for the kings forgiveness

angry arabiya
The prisoners were told they must also say they are against the hungerstrike and the protests on the streets

angry arabiya
When the prisoners who refused were beaten badly, others agreed to make an apology to dictator Hamad

angry arabiya
Some prisoners who made the apology have called their families and are very upset, saying that they were forced to
angry arabiya
